Delivery & Returns
Getting your Rubens Barn-doll safe and sound to you is of great importance to us! Your doll prepares itself for delivery within 1-2 working days from receiving your order. A confirmation will be sent to your email once you are done shopping. When your doll is on its way, you will receive details for tracking its whereabouts.
The journey of a Rubens Barn doll can take between 1-7 working days, but can take longer if you live remotely. If your doll is not available, or in case of any delays, we will let you know by email.

We are sure you will love your new friend, however we understand that at times you might have second thoughts. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Rubens Barn, you may return your doll within 14 days from its arrival for an exchange or for a full refund. Before this, please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please ensure that the doll is in the same shape as when (s)he arrived to you and with all tags/labels attached. The return should include the order receipt/confirmation (preferably printed out) with your name, postal address, email address and order number. We do not cover the cost for the return shipping.
Once your Rubens Barn returns back to us, we will send you a new one or refund you as soon as possible within 30 business days at the latest. We will refund the price that your doll was purchased at. Returns (but not reclamations) are to be sent to:
