We are sad to hear that your Rubens Barn-doll got hurt! We constantly work on improving each handmade Rubens Barn since quality is important for us. Here’s what you can do:

A Purchase Directly from Rubens Barn

We kindly ask you to send us a picture of the injury. Please include a picture of the tag on the doll (see picture below). This is important for our quality improvement.

Additionally, attach your receipt to your message.

Send your message to hospital@rubensbarn.com.

A Purchase from Another Shop

Kindly contact the shop that you originally made your purchase from. Attach a receipt to your message along with a picture of the injury and the tag on the doll (see picture below).

Rubens Barn DIT Finalists 2018

This spring we were glad to launch our most exciting social media campaign called Do It Together (D.I.T.) to encourage children and parents to engage in a creative activity together by designing outfits with personality for the Rubens Cutie dolls.
