A Purchase Directly from Rubens Barn
We kindly ask you to send us a picture of the injury. Please include a picture of the tag on the doll (see picture below). This is important for our quality improvement.
Additionally, attach your receipt to your message.

A Purchase from Another Shop
Kindly contact the shop that you originally made your purchase from. Attach a receipt to your message along with a picture of the injury and the tag on the doll (see picture below).
