A confirmation will be sent to your email once you are done shopping. When your doll is on its way, you will receive details for tracking its whereabouts.

The journey of a Rubens Barn doll can take between 1-7 working days, but can take longer if you live remotely. If your doll is not available, or in case of any delays, we will let you know by email.
